As we prepare for the upcoming reporting season, it’s important to stay ahead of changes that occurred in 2021.

Speakers

John Monahan, CPA, Partner, Moss Adams

John has practiced public accounting since 1988. He advises companies on tax compliance and income tax reporting matters, including tax filing positions, complex transactions, and ASC 740 reporting requirements. He has served clients in the public and private sectors, working with firms and organizations both large and small.

Andrew Roush, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Andrew has practiced public accounting since 2010, assisting both public and private companies with federal, state, and international compliance issues. He specializes in flow-through entity and corporate taxation, including providing tax provision services under ASC 740 for both private and publicly traded companies. He focuses primarily in the manufacturing, energy, and oilfield service industries.

Brian Parmelee, CPA, Director, Moss Adams

Brian has practiced public accounting since 1997. He provides income tax provision calculations under Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740) for public and private companies. Brian has assisted clients with both the interim and year-end calculation of income taxes, implementation of controls and processes around accounting for income taxes, and corporate and flow-through tax compliance and consulting.

Matthew Mueller, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Matt has practiced public accounting since 2007. His expertise includes corporate tax and the taxation of pass-through entities as well as issues surrounding closely held businesses and their owners. His clients primarily include public and private companies in the energy, oil and gas, health care, manufacturing, automotive, construction, professional services, and real estate industries.

Tim Beyl, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Tim has practiced public accounting since 2012, assisting both public and private companies with federal and state compliance issues. He specializes in flow-through entity and corporate taxation, including providing tax provision services under ASC 740 for both private and publicly traded companies. He focuses primarily on the energy industry.
